Nice slideshow but you ought to know that there's some serious debate about:
i. whether what people say to each other is that important (what folk do seems much more prevalent and powerful in non-consumer behaviour and therefore is likely to be so here)
ii. whether there are influencers as described (this is based on information network and signal-transmission theory); human social structures are much more fluid and complex than this
And so on...
this is not so much a primer but a really partial picture of how things really work.
