The Consumers are Revolting

Our latest research report for the National Consumer Agency points to a growing culture of complaint in Irish society. And not before time some of you might think.

Clothing and footwear retailers get the most complaints (20% of all shoppers at their stores), followed by Supermarkets (17%) and Restaurants/Hotels (13%). Check out the rest of the 'Top 10' for yourself.

The bottom line: with money getting tighter, consumers are going to get surlier. You have been warned.
